It was nice to witness the celebratory and peaceful transition of power during the United State's 57th Presidential Inauguration held yesterday in Washington DC. I was particularly pleased to hear the president's commitment to immigration reform, fair treatment of gay Americans and response to the threat of climate change through the development of sustainable energy.
