While in San Antonio, Texas we strolled down
King William Street marveling at the beautiful old homes. Most all had a front porch. I'm pleased that there has been something of a revival of interest in moving porches and patios into the front yard. Being out front helps to cultivate community.
Sadly, we didn't see any neighbors out enjoying their porches. We did, however, see some cats. I think we could all learn a lot from cats on how to relax ;-)
