Yesterday, the Canada Geese were were off on a morning flight from the pond at Bassett Creek Park. Watching and hearing the Canada Geese take off from the pond is always interesting. Prior to take off they often starting honking more frequently, then seemingly in unison, with a few of their friends, they begin beating their wings, running on the water, and then gradually it is up, up and away they go.
